In the configuration dialog box you may compose the list of your favorite folders, customize the program view, and configure settings for 3 modes of working: in Windows Explorer, in Open/Save dialogs, and with the icon in system tray.
To open the configuration dialog box, do one of the following:
From system tray: right-click the icon
, and select Configure.
From Handy Folders toolbar: click the icon
, and select Configure.
The Configure Handy Folder dialog box contains the following tabs:
Favorite folders
Interface
Windows Explorer
Open/Save Dialogs
Tray Menu
In the Configuring Handy Folders dialog box, click Interface in the left pane to open the Interface pane; here you can customize the interface view.
In the Language drop-down list, select the interface language.
In the Visual style pane, select a radio button for specifying the Handy Folders appearance.

In the Configuring Handy Folders dialog box, click Windows Explorer in the left pane to open the Windows Explorer pane; here you can customize the Handy Folders toolbar view in theó Windows Explorer.
In the Preview field above preview the Handy Folders toolbar reflecting the changes that you are about to make.
In the Drives pane define the drives display.
In the Favorite folders pane specify how you want to display categories: as a drop-down submenu of main list, or as separate push buttons.
In the Buttons size pane select the buttons view: small or large.
In the Configuring Handy Folders dialog box, click Open/Save Dialogs in the left pane to open the Open/Save Dialogs pane; here you can customize the Handy Folders toolbar view in theó Open or Save dialogs of different programs.
In the Preview field above preview the Handy Folders toolbar reflecting the changes that you are about to make.

In the Configuring Handy Folders dialog box, click Tray Menu in the left pane to open the Tray Menu pane; here you can customize the Handy Folders icon menu in system tray.
In the Drives field set the show/hide options for Drives drop-down list in Handy Folders menu.
In the New Windows Explorer's instances field specify the appearance of the folder to be opened from Handy Folders menu: display or hide the tree view 'Folders' bar in a new Windows Explorer instance.
In the Hot Key edit box specify a hot key for opening the Handy Folders pop-up menu.
Check/uncheck the Show tray icon box to show or hide the Handy Folders icon in the system tray.
