Going to the location you need

With Handy Folders you may easily go to any drive or a predefined folder including FTP or Web sites: just select the necessary location in Handy Folders pop-up menu. Do one of the following: From icon in system tray: Left-click the Handy Folders icon in system tray, and select a necessary location. See Icon tray for detail. Using a hot key: Use a configured hot key to pop-up the list of Handy Folders on your screen; see Tray menu settings for detail on hot key configuration. In Windows Explorer: On the Handy Folders toolbar, click the Handy Folders or category icon and select a necessary location. See Windows Explorer for detail. In a dialog box: once you have launched an Open or Save dialog in a Windows program, click the Handy Folders or category icon and select a necessary location. See Open or Save dialog for detail. Note: To show/hide the Folders bar in the left pane of the folder to be opened, select the corresponding option in the Tray menu settings.

Icon in system tray

The folder icon in the system tray allows to operate with Handy Folders. Left-click the icon to pop-up its main menu that allows to go to a predefined folder or drive. To hide/show the list of drives, or to hide/show the tray icon, go to Tray menu settings.

Right-click the icon to pop-up the additional menu.

Windows Explorer toolbar

In Windows Explorer, use Handy Folders toolbar to go to a necessary drive or folder; see Handy Folders toolbar for the toolbar description.

Dialog toolbar

While you are working with a Windows program, you may use the Handy Folders toolbar in Open or Save dialog box; see Handy Folders toolbar for the toolbar description.
